The Sistine Chapel

The Sistine Chapel is located in the Palace of the Vatican, the official residence of the Roman Catholic Pope in Vatican City. Famous especially for its artwork, it was built between 1475 and 1483, in the time of Pope Sixtus IV, whose name it bears. The best-known works in the chapel are the paintings and statues by Michelangelo. Which Biblical scenes are depicted in these works?
