The Cedar Fire Spreads in Southern California

The Cedar Fire was the second largest wildfire in the history of California. It was one of 15 fires fanned by Santa Ana Winds that ravaged Southern California during October 2003. The Cedar Fire burned 280,278 acres (1,134 km²), destroyed 2,820 buildings, and killed 14 people. How did the fire start?
