Hussein Back in Court for Genocide Trial

Two days after he was sentenced to death for crimes against humanity in the town of Dujail in 1982, Saddam Hussein was back in court for his 2nd trial Tuesday. In the Anfal trial, Hussein faces charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity relating to Iraq's notorious military operation in the country's Kurdish region in 1988.
