Endangered Turtle Found in Wild
Researchers in Vietnam announced Friday that they have caught a Vietnamese Pond turtle, one of the world's most endangered turtles, in Quang Nam province. This marks the first time in 65 years that researchers have caught one of these turtles in the wild. The World Conservation Union has classified The Vietnamese Pond turtle as "endangered" and conservationists say it is also on a list of the world's top 25 endangered turtle species.reticle
