Height Loss Linked to Heart Disease
A new study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine found that men who shrink in height by about an inch or more over 20 years have a greater risk of heart disease and are more likely to die earlier than other men. The study monitored subjects between 1978 and 1980 and then evaluated them up 20 years later when they were in their 60s and 70s.
