British Man Arrested For Wi-Fi Theft

A 39 year old man was arrested Tuesday after officers noticed him using a laptop outside a home in west London. When questioned by police, he admitted to browsing the Internet via an unsecured wireless connection from a nearby house. Dishonestly obtaining electronic communication services, a practice known as piggybacking, is an offense under the Communications Act 2003 and a potential breach of the Computer Misuse Act. In 2005, the 1st person to be successfully prosecuted for this crime was fined 500 pounds.

Commonly called a “nose job,” rhinoplasty is surgery performed to improve either the function or appearance of a person's nose. Sushruta, an Indian physician, developed rhinoplasty in about 500 BCE. It was a necessary procedure at the time, because nose amputation was used as a punishment for certain crimes. Some of the techniques Sushruta developed are still in use today.
